Finally pain free

Many years ago I suffered with back problems and although it still relapses from time to time the biggest problem I now have is Sciatica pain.
I have previously had 8 months of physio when it was really bad then every so often had to go back for more physio. It was gradually getting worse and affecting my everyday life so a friend suggested I try DCL Fitness – Dougie Cleland and to try his massage technique to see if that would help.
Wow! The difference is unbelievable and has improved my quality of life as well as making me feel so much better. To start, I went 3 times in the first week, it went down to twice a week as my muscles improved and I am now going every 2 weeks to keep on top of this situation.
Dougie puts you at ease and is very professional in his manner and I would recommend if anyone has this problem to go and see him. I will certainly be continuing with this treatment.
